History

Optimus Advisory was founded by Bashar Bazian, a seasoned private & investment banker as well as a Trust and wealth manager.

With over 28 years of work experience starting in US and Saudi Arabia, he moved to Bahrain in 1999 to join Merrill Lynch as a private banker and on to various roles with  Arab Bank and Credit Suisse. He then joined the fiduciary service provider and trust administrator Ogier/Intertrust as the CEO and Head of the Middle East.

With experience in private & investment banking as well as trust and administration service, Bashar saw the need to bridge the gaps and missing links in High Net Worth family business’ need for Structural Governance, Family Charters, Succession Planning, Assets Protection and Asset Ring Fencing as well as Tax Efficiency and Privacy considerations.

Most important of all; GCC Families wanted to preserve their family businesses, wealth and legacy for multiple generations to come; Thus, Optimus Advisory was established To Preserve Your Legacy.
